ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
The home is set over three levels. On the ground level, you have a large 2 car garage that also hosts the laundry. The second level has two living areas, one looking out to the remarkable panoramic views of Queenstown and the other with a gas fire that you can cosy up next to on those crisp, winter nights.
The open plan kitchen and dining area lead out onto the patios and balconies that surround the house. This is where you will enjoy the fabulous outdoor area consisting of an alluring spa pool designed for you to unwind and relax after a day exploring all that Queenstown has to offer. All four bedrooms are situated on the top level of the house along with two ensuites and one shared bathroom.
The two spacious lounge areas offer different qualities, one being open plan in the main living area, the other providing a quiet space where you can escape and read your book or watch a movie. There are sliding doors throughout the townhouse which create a perfect indoor/outdoor flow.

This delightful holiday home is only a 4-minute drive into central Queenstown – close enough to enjoy Queenstown’s nightlife but far enough away to still be peaceful. Nearby, you can find Queenstown’s conference venues such as the Millennium and Copthorne, restaurants, bars, lakefront and adventure tours, as well as the beautiful Queenstown Gardens.
There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.
