THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. The gas fireplace is not operational. Quiet Hours in the New Seabury area are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of our neighborhood/neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum. Neighbors may summon law enforcement for excessive noise levels within this timeframe. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
