If you’re seeking the perfect Silver Lining for your family beach vacation, this cozy three-bedroom condo is your ideal escape. With over 1,700 square feet of spacious relaxation, and just a block from sunny Sandbridge Beach, you’ll savor every moment of your stay.
The Seaside Condos feature an in-ground pool and off-street parking (note: there is no elevator). Inside, the condo boasts a bright, open floor plan with granite countertops, tile flooring, and beautiful maple cabinetry in the kitchen. The adjacent family room offers tasteful furnishings and a 65-inch LCD TV with a Blu-ray/DVD player, an assortment of movies, and a surround-sound home theater system.
Dining is a pleasure, whether you’re enjoying a meal on the balcony with ample seating for outdoor entertaining or dining indoors at the table and granite bar. The kitchen is exceptionally equipped with all the utensils and culinary accessories you need.
After a day at the beach, unwind in the jetted tub or relax in the spacious primary bedroom, which features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a 32-inch HDTV with a Blu-ray/DVD player. The two additional generously sized bedrooms also offer queen-size beds, 24-inch HDTVs, and Blu-ray/DVD players. The living room includes a queen-size sofa bed, providing extra space for comfortable sleeping arrangements.
Nearby attractions include the Sandbridge Fishing Pier and Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, both within a two-mile drive. We look forward to welcoming you to the relaxed charm of our coastal village at Sandbridge!
Things to Know
There are no grills for guest use at the Seaside Condo Complex and use of personal grills is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including decks, patios, and common use areas.

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.
This property is managed by Property Manager Virginia LLC.
To enter the building, guests will need to pick up a key from the Property Manager Office.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
