Additional features include a fitness room equipped with treadmills, plasma TVs, and weights. The fitness center is available year-round! After a long day of fun in the sun, retreat to this luxurious condo, where you can lounge on the couch and catch up on your favorite shows on the 53-inch TV with a DVD player. For added convenience, all three coastal-themed bedrooms are also equipped with TVs and DVD players. Spend an evening in the lovely, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. After dinner, you might find yourself on the private balcony, enjoying stunning views while sipping an evening glass of wine or stepping out of the master bedroom with a cup of coffee in the morning. With spacious sitting areas and ample closet space, Dolphins and Daiquiris will feel like your home away from home—just steps from the beach! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion. This property is managed by Property Manager Virginia LLC. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-01225 You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
