The villa is located within the scenic setting of the Akamas Peninsula in Southern Cyprus, nestled on a sun-drenched hillside with breath-taking views. Take a deep breath and feel the ambience of this amazing villa as soon as you step inside.
The villa is innovatively-furnished to a high standard with furnishings carefully hand-picked with the help of celebrity interior designer Linda Barker and is complete with a private pool and landscaped garden.
Downstairs, the villa features an open-plan living area which enjoys spectacular sea views along with soft furnishings, satellite TV, a DVD player and an open fireplace. The dining area seats 6 and the contemporary kitchen features all main appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. A double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower and bathtub is also located on the ground floor.
A marble staircase leads up to the first floor to a further two bedrooms, one twin and one double, both with ensuite shower rooms.
Outside the villa you will find a spacious and sunny garden area with 8m x 4m private pool and a variety of plants and trees. There is ample space for sunbathing and outside dining and a winding staircase leads up to an open first floor balcony area, where the late afternoon sun can be enjoyed.
Stunning scenery and fantastic sea views are the surroundings offered for visitors to this area of Latchi. The resort beaches, harbour and restaurants are less than 5 minutes’ drive away and the town of Polis with a further selection of restaurants and shops is 10 minutes away.
