This exceptional modern, air-conditioned villa is situated on the cliff top of the Old Town and boasts beautiful panoramic sea-views. As soon as you walk through the front door you will be immediately drawn to the large patio doors that lead to the upper terrace and the breath-taking view.
The location is unique because of its front-line position where you can look down over the promenade that stretches from the Old Town harbour all the way along the cliff top trail to Puerto Calero. There is a great selection of bars and restaurants, in the Old Town harbour.
Prices are based on up to 6 people sharing and it is then an additional €130 per person for the 7th and 8th guests. For parties in excess of 8, the Poolside Apartment becomes available at an additional charge of €350 (sleeps a further 2 guests). Please see costing for correct details.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
