Spread across three floors, this lovely villa boasts ample and comfortable living spaces. The ground floor features a modern fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a Delta Q capsules coffee maker, and an open living and dining area with direct access to the garden and private heated swimming pool. Guests can enjoy their favorite English, French, German, and Spanish channels on the Smart TV, as well as DVDs and CDs. Two bedrooms with double beds, measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m each, are also located on this level, one of which has air-conditioning. The bathroom on this floor has a tub with a shower and a hairdryer.
On the first floor, guests will find a master suite with a double bed, measuring 1.80 m x 2.10 m, an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, and air-conditioning. An office room with a library and a balcony surrounding the master suite complete this level.
The underground floor houses one bedroom with a double bed measuring 2.10 m x 2.00 m and a single bed. All bedrooms have blinds on the windows for privacy and comfort.

The pool gets ample sunlight throughout the day, and guests can rinse off in the outdoor shower after a swim. Bikes for one adult and three children are also available for guests to use. A garage for two cars and four parking spaces on the street provide ample parking for guests.
