The 3 Bedroom (2 Queens -Pool Level) (+1 Queen Bachelor -Ground Level) Villa boasts an outdoor BBQ and an outdoor dining & lounging area (sunny & shady all day long)- all in front of the 75m2 infinity pool that flows off into the Aegean horizon- and you are still less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the resort).
Villa is uniquely ideal for couples, or families with older children vacationing together, who still want some privacy. A main entrance, dining room, living room and kitchen, on the pool level, leads to 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom. Through a separate entrance, on the ground level, is a large bedroom, a kitchenette, living-dining area and a bathroom.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
