This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom villa is situated in Ayia Thekla, on the outskirts of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes’ drive to the beach, perfect for those looking for a relaxing break. As you enter the villa, you will find the large and spacious living room with a comfortable corner leather sofa, widescreen TV with Satellite and patio doors leading to the pool and garden area. You will find one of the bedrooms on the ground floor which has an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC and a double bed. Upstairs, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main bathroom is on this floor with a bathtub, overhead shower, and WC.
