This is a pristinely luxurious 3-bedroom villa, that is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa is recently developed and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay. As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi connection. The dining area has seating for 6 people and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and pool area outside. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor. Upstairs, you will find all three bedrooms. There is are two doubles and one twin bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms with shower and WC. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and bedside cabinets. On this floor you also have the benefit of a built-in utility area with washing machine, sink and tumble drier. From this floor you can access the staircase that leads to the roof garden to enjoy the stunning sea views. Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with built in sink and worktop for cooking outdoors, covered seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it. This central resort location is an excellent place to stay. All the resort amenities are close by with a fantastic variety of restaurants, bars and shops are within 5 minutes’ walk. The ideal 5-star villa, in a peaceful location, yet close to the beach, perfect for families or friends looking for a relaxing and tranquil break.
