Offering a traditional Parisian aesthetic, space for up to 6 guests and pretty views from it’s balcony, this apartment is the ideal city break escape. With the lively restaurants and theatres of Bastille on the doorstep.
The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the building, with a lift up to the entrance.
LIVING ROOM
With beautiful cornicing features and tall Parisian windows providing a lot of natural light, the living area is a relaxing and welcoming space. The room includes a piano, great artwork and ample seating.
DINING ROOM
The dining room offers a captivating ceiling rose and the cornicing detail continues from the living area. There is a central circular table and surrounding chairs, as well as surrounding artwork.
KITCHEN
The kitchen includes patterned floor tiles, white cabinets and all the amenities you will need during your stay.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a bath, overhead shower and a WC.
STUDY
The study includes Parquet flooring, a large bookcase which stretches the length of the room, and a comfortable sofa. If in need of a work-space, there is also a desk, chairs, a computer and a printer for guest use.
FIRST BEDROOM
This charming room comprises a double bed, bedside tables and an ochre yellow accent wall. A fireplace, traditional wooden bureau and chair complete the space. This room also provides access to a small balcony.
SECOND BEDROOM
A blue room, with a Queen-size bed, chest-of-drawers and fireplace opposite the bed. Either side of the fireplace, there are two wooden wardrobes for storage.
THIRD BEDROOM
The third bedroom includes two single beds, a fireplace, antique wooden cabinet and a chair by the blue-framed window. It is perfectly suited for children and there is a cot available if required.
SECOND BATHROOM
This bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC and basin, with monochrome patterned floor tiles.
