The villa has an indoor area of 160 sqm and a total area of 300 sqm counting the terrace with its breathtaking 180 degrees view. The decoration is elegant yet homely and creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing the mind as well as the body. It consists of a living room with an amazing view, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms (1 with en suite bathroom), a spacious living room and 2 more bathrooms. Every room is equipped with air-conditioning and welcome amenities are provided. The main terrace apart from the startling panorama of the Aegean Sea and the island itself, offers a shaded outdoor dining area, a Jacuzzi and chaise lounges for sunbathing, sunset and star gazing!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
