LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Enter the house and go up a flight of stairs to find the open-plan kitchen and living room, boasting a modern design and tastefully decorated with pieces of artwork and furniture. A dining table for 4 is placed next to the kitchen area which is fitted with sleek cabinets and worktops and offers a breakfast bar, a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, gas hobs and all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay. A comfortable sitting area finished in earthy colours is set by the kitchen area and features a corner sofa, a pouf table and 2 armchairs
FIRST BEDROOM with en-suite bathroom
This warm and cosy bedroom is located on the ground floor and offers 2 single beds with a bedside cabinet and lamps, as well as an wardrobe. This room benefits of an en-suite bathroom which offers a single wash basin, a WC and a combined bath tub and shower.
SECOND BEDROOM with en-suite bathroom
Next to the first bedroom is a room offering a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers, a TV an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, a WC and a single wash basin.

Conveniently located on the ground floor, this toilet is fitted with a WC and a single wash basin.

On the ground floor is a cupboard fitted with a combined washing machine and dryer.
Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties! This home is set over two floors with no lift. Currently repair works are going on which means some scaffolding and the possibility of noise between 9am and 5pm. It’s due to finish by the end of April 2023. Being on the ground floor though, you’ll find there’s minimal disturbance. The TV in the living room is cunningly tucked away in one of the cupboards. Please note the house is on the market, so viewings may take place during your stay. We will always give you at least 24 hours notice.
