The villa is set on 3 floors and can be approached via the main entrance. The ground floor features the main entrance hall, spacious living area with comfortable sofas, beautifully designed kitchen with Central Island, dining area which can seat up to 10 persons, bedroom with double bed and sofa. There is also separate bathroom. Glass doors from the dining area lead out to a shady sea view patio equipped with siting furniture. Internal stairs lead to the first floor of the Villa Gold Dubrovnik. This floor features 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms have double beds and two have shared sea and pool view terrace with seating furniture where you can enjoy stunning view. On the ground floor (basement) there is laundry room and extra toilet. Villa Gold Dubrovnik is surrounded with nice terraces and amazing swimming pool with a lot of space for sun beds and lounges. The pool area is accessed via steps down from the villa. There is also outdoor dining furniture where you can enjoy prepared specialties.
