This stunning detached five bedroom villa set in a private location just 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and within easy reach of all of the resort amenities.
As you enter the villa, you will find the large modern, open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area surrounded by patio doors that lead to the spacious pool and garden area. The living room features comfortable sofas and Satellite TV, the dining area has a table and chairs to seat 8 persons, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom with direct access to the veranda.
On the first floor, you will find two of the five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a two single beds. All bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with bathtub, overhead shower and WC.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
