On the ground floor of the luxury villa, the living room has a large built-in sofa, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen for both formal and casual meals, a WC and a separate room that acts as an office space or an extra bedroom with a sofa that can be extended into a double bed. Villa Thalia has two bedrooms on the upper floor with large wardrobes and a desk-like private space for reading, working or just keeping personal belongings.
Outside there are three seating areas ideal for those lazy summer days with magnificent sea views towards Pagasitikos bay in Pelion. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
