Casa Rosa (Pets not allowed) Old fisherman’s house of the nineteenth century rehabilitated with a great aesthetic sense and sustainable materials, preserving the essence and the original charm. It has 2 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 5 people. The ground floor has a large space for kitchen, dining room and living room, a small patio and a bathroom. On the upper floor, the master bedroom has a double bed, while the second large bedroom has a partition for a smaller double bed and a single bed. On this floor there is another bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with TV, internet (wi-fi), sound bar and central heating. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle and juicer, iron and ironing board. Casa Rosa is located in a charming neighborhood in the old town of L’Escala, 250 m from the beach, an old fishing port that is now surrounded by good restaurants, bars and cafes. The renovation of this house was one of the works selected by the jury of the Girona Architecture Awards in 2019. Sheets are included in the price.
