This is a wonderful 4-bedroom villa is situated in Ayia Napa, spacious both inside and out, and just a few minutes’ drive to the closest beach and amenities.
Downstairs, the villa has a generous living room and dining area with patio doors leading out to the covered veranda and garden area. The living room features comfortable sofas and widescreen TV offering ample seating. Leading off from living room is the large kitchen with an extra dining table with seating for 8, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a WC on this floor.
Upstairs, off the large hallway area you will find 4 ensuite bedrooms all with balcony access. The master has a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
