The Home
This is a 127sq.m villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms with each bathroom attached to the room. Each bedroom features a king-size bed and two of them feature 2 single sofa beds as well, increasing capacity to 4 persons. A minibar, bathrobes, slippers, amenities, rain shower, safe and a/c can be found in the room. The villa features a kitchenette and an outdoor sitting area. A pool with sea view as well as a lounge area under the shade are available on the rooftop.
Please be informed that the pool is centrally temperature controlled. The water temperature is centrally set at 30 degrees Celsius, but it may be modified by +/- 10% due to extreme heat or cold.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
