Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the 4th floor in a strategic area of Bormio, close to the old town, sky slopes and the thermal area. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a free private car park, and toiletries. The apartment is on the 4th floor, and the lift can reach the 3rd floor. The house is at your complete disposal and we’ve put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space. You’re welcome, take care of it!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
