Inside, prepare delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. The kitchen bar offers seating for two, while an adjacent dining table seats six. Watch favorite TV shows on any of the home’s six TVs (including one in each bedroom). Ceiling fans are located throughout. Board games, books, and cards provide fun for all ages. Don’t miss out on the beautiful sunrises and sunsets during your stay! Enjoy them from the comfort of the home’s two balconies - one of which is located off the living area and one private to the top-floor bedroom. Launch your boat at the nearby public ramp and dock it at the private boat slip located just a few steps from the home. A dedicated walkway offers convenient, quick access to the Gulf and beaches, while a community pool provides more space to bask in the Florida rays. Paddleboards, kayaks, and mopeds are available for rent right behind the property. Grab one of the provided beach chairs and head over the beach or the Santa Rosa Sound, where you can soak up the sun and relax. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
