Twets Lakefront
This luxurious lakefront home offers amazing views from inside and out and features a private boat dock, a backyard with a lawn, and a new hot tub on the deck. The living room has a great lake view, vaulted ceiling, a flatscreen TV, and a two-story stone fireplace. The long wood dining table seats 10. The spacious full kitchen comes with a double oven and new stainless steel appliances. The downstairs den adds a fireplace and poker table. The main bedroom’s sliding glass door opens to the deck. There’s also a laundry washer and dryer and a gas grill outside.
Beautiful Bass Lake lets you enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The home is near the Pines Village at the lake, which provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, with shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away. Boat docks/boat slip are not in the water year-round.

For the summer of 2021, the dock is not in the water, boats must drop anchor or tie to buoy.
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall. We have no control over lake levels.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
