## LIVING AREAS
This home features two comfortable living spaces, giving everyone room to relax after a day on the coast. Both living rooms include flat-screen TVs, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.
## KITCHEN & DINING
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, full-size appliances, cookware, a coffee maker, and basic cooking essentials—everything needed to prepare meals for your group.
The dining table seats four, with two additional bar stools at the kitchen island for seating up to six guests.
## BEDROOMS & BATHS
The primary bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a nearby desk area that works well for remote work or quiet reading. The adjacent bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
On the opposite side of the home, the second bedroom features another comfortable queen bed. The third bedroom includes a set of bunk beds, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. These bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combination and glass door.

Market Street Pier, just 3 minutes away, is the perfect place for an evening stroll or watching local fishermen bring in the day’s catch.
