The Purple Beach House
Perched on the serene waterfront of Salt Lake, “The Palms” is a dreamy 3BR/2BA coastal retreat. Fully renovated interiors are furnished in a colorful style and have plenty of natural light. Highlights include a gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, designer light fixtures, and new floors.
Lounge on the breezy back deck with family and friends or stroll along the private pier out to the water. Just 6 miles away, soak up the sun at Rockport Beach.

Expansive windows and French doors offer stunning views of Salt Lake -- unwind in the inviting living room, replete with beachy decor and two sofas around the 50” smart TV with DVD player (Spectrum high-speed internet included).

Whip up home-cooked meals in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with sparkling granite countertops, upgraded appliances, and a tile backsplash. Convenient gadgets include a blender, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and wine fridge.

This one-story cottage sleeps up to six guests in the three bedrooms.

Your waterfront paradise includes a private pier with two benches, two boat cleats for docking, and a fish cleaning area. Kayakers can conveniently access the water via a ladder on the pier, while fishermen will appreciate the green fishing light at the end of the pier.
Fire up the grill for the fresh catch of the day.
Kick back and relax on the two rocking chairs on the front porch.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
