LIVING AREAS Gather in the sun-filled living room, with ample seating for your whole group, and take in a film on the 55” flat screen TV. Or convene around the coffee table for a game night full of laughs. The living room sofa folds out to reveal an extra bed for additional sleeping options. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program.
