On the second floor, the master bedroom boasts a king bed, 50” flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet. An en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower combination. On the entry level, the second bedroom offers a king bed, a reading nook, and a 50” flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. On the top floor, a third bedroom has a total of six XL long twins beds (two sets of XL twin-over-twin bunks beds and two XL twin beds). This room also has an open sitting area with a 65’ flat-screen TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, bean bags, and plenty of extra chairs. An en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A half bath on the second floor provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy morning coffee on private balconies, one off the dining area and one off the master bedroom. Seating is available in both outdoor spaces. Follow the private boardwalk to the beach or walk less than 30 yards to sunbathe by the community pool. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1.
