Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Welcome to Barcelona! Please follow these guidelines:
- Be Respectful
- Noise: Keep noise down after 10 PM.
- Guests: Only the reserved number of guests allowed.
- No Parties
- Parties: No parties. Disturbances result in immediate eviction without a refund.
- Keys & Check-Out
- Keys: Don't leave keys in the mailbox. Leave keys on the table if you leave early.
- Check-Out: By 11 AM. Late check-out possible if no new reservations.
- No Smoking
- Smoking: No smoking inside. Smoke outside.
- Save Energy
- Energy: Turn off lights and AC when leaving.
- Arrival & Departure
- Check-In: 3 PM - 8 PM. Late check-in: €25 after 8 PM, €50 after midnight.
- Check-Out: By 11 AM.
- Lost Keys
- Keys: Lost keys incur a lock change fee.
- Final Request
- Clean Up: Wash dishes and take out the garbage before you leave.
