Located at Pointe West Beach Club with access to lavish amenities including two outdoor pools, two hot tubs, and a lazy river, as well as on-site dining, a fitness center, and fishing pier. Kick back and relax on a sleeper sofa, armchair, and set of seagrass chairs in the sunlit living room. Stream Netflix shows on the 48” TV or simply gaze at the Gulf through wall-to-wall windows. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a three-seat kitchen bar. Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining table set for five. This condo includes three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa that sleep eight total. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, 40” TV, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The en suite bathroom features a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a TV. The second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. Sweet dreams await on a queen bed in the third bedroom, complete with a TV. Take in expansive Gulf views on the private balcony, complete with a bistro table and alfresco dining at the table nearby. The primary bedroom includes access to an additional private balcony. Float in the lazy river or sunbathe poolside at two pools. The infinity pool includes a spa and kiddie pool and overlooks the beach, while the tropical Sunset pool has a lazy river, hot tub, and views of the bay. Enjoy crabbing off the fishing pier, located on one of the many lakes surrounding the property. A washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, games, and a Wii are provided. Everything needed for a relaxing stay is located on-site. Cruise approximately 20 miles towards Galveston and explore the Moody Gardens or enjoy a sunset on the Ferris wheel at the Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier. The Kelly Hamby Nature Trail is located 3.4 miles away and provides a natural habitat for birds as well as vibrant wildflowers. THINGS TO KNOW Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club. The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
