Sprawl out on two sofas and armchairs for relaxing gatherings surrounded by the valley’s natural beauty viewable from the floor-to-ceiling windows lining the exterior wall of the home. Enjoy game night in the family room on the complimentary 12’ shuffleboard, use the complimentary dry-erase easel for Pictionary, or take advantage of the Starlink internet to play games on your phones together! The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops and an island with seating for guests - perfect for chatting with the chef! Gather for a feast paired with Hill Country views at the dining table. The large, fenced yard is great for kids! Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table on the sprawling deck, or set a charcuterie board on the gazebo bartop overlooking the cliff-side of the river. The water level is currently at a historic low. Unfortunately, this makes it more difficult to access the dock. If you do plan to use the dock, use extra caution. Please use at your own risk. Refunds will not be given for low lake levels. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
