INSIDE THE HOUSE
This home is a prime example of the Hill Country Contemporary architectural style. In the lodge-like living area, find beam ceilings, hardwood floors, and plush furniture, all centered around a stone fireplace and astounding views of Hill Country through a wall of windows.
There’s also a large flat screen TV in this space. The adjacent dining area seats 11 and it, too, faces these second-to-none views. (Wait until you see sunsets from up here!)
The kitchen awaits your group meals, with gleaming stainless appliances, plenty of counter space, and custom cabinets fully stocked with cookware and dishes for your group.
Each of the home’s 3 bedrooms has sliding-door access to the incredible deck and big views of Hill Country. Options include a king-size master suite with attached bath, a 2nd bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen-size 3rd bedroom.
The deck will fast become your favorite spot at this rental – maybe in the entire Austin area! All of Hill Country stretches before you from up here, and the view only gets better as the day goes on.
Please note: The laundry room is shared with a long-term tenant, who lives on-site in the home attached via the laundry room only.
This is a quiet neighborhood and very noise sensitive. Quiet hours are between 9:30pm and 7am. No events or parties are allowed on-site. You will be reported if the noise levels are too loud or there is a party taking place.

This is the best of Hill Country! Secluded and quiet – and with a king’s view of the entire countryside – but still just 15 minutes from downtown Austin. Great for group getaways, you can divide your time between adventures in the city, quiet time at home, and outings to Hill Country favorites like The Grove Wine Bar and The County Line for BBQ & steak, both just a half-mile from this rental.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
