This adorable 3BR/2.5BA waterfront home features a private dock and immediate access to the Copano Bay -- home to a diverse ecosystem that includes a variety of shellfish and finfish, as well as the endangered whooping crane. Highlights include an expansive covered porch. Tie up your boat or fish from the comfort of your own backyard. Drive 7 miles to Rockport Beach.
LIVING AREA
The spacious open living area features tiled floor, furnishings, and decor throughout. Relax on a cushy couch and two leather recliners while watching a movie on the 32” TV. There’s also a convenient office nook available.
KITCHEN & DINING
In the kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to create a culinary masterpiece. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. At mealtime, there’s room for two at the kitchen counter and seating for four at the dining room table.
BED & BATH
This one-level home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
In the master suite, you’ll find a stately king bed and an en-suite bathroom configured with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed.
The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is a convenient half bath just off the office area.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Step out your back door to enjoy a beautiful waterfront view from the comfort of an expansive covered deck with seating for four at two tables.
Walk down the back steps and you’re at your own private dock, perfect for tying up a boat or for fishing with the family -- there’s even a bench and fishing pole holders.
EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS
Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three vehicles are provided.
Additional perks include access to one kayak and one paddleboard, along with paddles. No life vests are provided.
Please note, this home is accessible via seven stairs at the front entrance and may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.
LOCATION
Drive 7 miles to Rockport Beach, one of only four certified Blue Wave Beaches along the Texas Gulf Coast -- don’t forget to visit the pier.
Cruise just 10 miles to Goose Island State Park, a great spot for fishing and bird-watching.
**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
