LIVING AREA The sunlit living area is furnished with an elegant sofa and two comfy armchairs. Relax after a fun-filled beach day and stream favorite shows on the 65” cable TV. Enjoy the Bluetooth stereo anytime. The downstairs seating room includes a TV for entertainment and offers separation of living spaces. KITCHEN & DINING The sleek kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A sprawling island offers ample prep space and seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area. BED & BATH The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a 55” TV with Roku. The en-suite bath includes a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a plush queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The third guest room features a queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with three twin-over-twin bunk beds. The en-suite bath is configured with a walk-in shower. A half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Each covered porch and balcony offers comfy furnishings and peaceful views of Corpus Christi Bay & Island Moorings Marina in addition to the Resort Golf Course as your backyard.
