On the beach side, there is the Whitney Beach Conservancy, land owned by the association for use by owners, guests & tenants. Two tennis courts, a BBQ picnic area, tiki huts & private deeded beach access. Chaise lounges are provided for use on the most beautiful beach on Longboat Key.
