BED & BATH This two-story townhome sleeps up to eight guests between two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Comfort awaits in the tranquil master bedroom, appointed with a king bed and a 40” TV. The master bathroom holds a sparkling walk-in shower. The guest suite includes a king bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a 55” TV, and a private pool-view balcony with a table for four. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Take a trip across the causeway into Corpus Christi for a round of golf, a day at the museums, or a photo at the Selena Memorial Statue. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
