Or hop on a LimeBike rental and pedal to Old Town for an afternoon of boutique shopping. Get active and go jogging at Camelback Park (less than a 1/2 mile away) on the paved running/cycling track. Or make use of the sand volleyball courts, tennis facilities, and softball fields.
Xeriscape desert landscaping welcomes you to this lovely oasis. Inside, you’ll find brand-new vinyl wood flooring plus a thoughtfully selected modern design scheme to match the home’s original architecture. Two sofas offer plenty of room to gather for a movie on the 55” smart TV. Another awesome perk in the living area is the full-size pool table!
The fun mid-century vibe continues in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with teal countertops and everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, gather at the table in the dining area. There’s also seating at the nearby breakfast bar. Take a dip in your unheated fenced private pool, or relax in the A/C and play a game of billiards in the inviting living area. Grill burgers outside and dig in at the patio table, then watch the stars come out around the gas fire pit.
