KITCHEN & DINING Whip up favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, appointed with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space. When it’s time to dine, the table seats eight and the kitchen island accommodates two. BED & BATH This home sleeps 10 guests between a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area and two bedrooms, each of which has a flat-screen TV. The primary bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed, two twin-size futons, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half bath creates added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES A spacious patio beneath the home is ideal to unwind. You can even dine alfresco at the dining table with seating for six. A wraparound deck upstairs offers vistas of the water. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking is provided for up to six cars in the driveway. This stilted home is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs from the parking area. LOCATION Your retreat is just a 5-minute walk from Crystal Beach. The kid-friendly Fun Spot Water Slide waterpark is a 7-minute walk. The Big Store, one of the largest grocery and variety stores in the Crystal Beach area is a 3-minute drive. 1 dog(s), weighing 25lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
