It is located in the center of Krkonose, within 250 meters of all amenities including shops, cafes, bars, restaurants; there are also many outdoor activities such as skiing and snowboarding available at the nearby resorts which can be reached within 30 minutes by car. This villa offers stunning views across the valley whilst being surrounded by mountains on three sides - making it such an incredible spot whether you’re facing the town or enjoying the fresh air! With lots of wood and a green tiled wood stove, the house exudes Czech warmth and cosiness. Pets are welcome and the terrace is equipped with a barbecue, which guarantees fun and good food in both summer and winter.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
