The private boat ramp in the neighborhood is ideal for launching your boat. Lake LBJ is a constant-level lake, which is always full and does not change due to drought. The gorgeously updated interior is perfect for groups and features a spacious great room and gourmet kitchen. THINGS TO KNOW This stilt home is accessed via a flight of external stairs. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
