We-Dunn-It is a bi-level home with 2 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and dining essentials and includes a dishwasher. The living room has a wonderful rock fireplace (firewood included in season), a flat-screen satellite TV, and WiFi. The third bathroom is located in the bonus room with a flat-screen satellite TV, as well as a washer and dryer. Outside on the upper deck, there is a gas BBQ, table, and chairs for cooking, dining, or relaxing your evenings away. The lower deck is entirely sheltered and has seating areas for shade on warm sunny days. The home is perfectly situated to be naturally cool in the summer with in-room A/C. In winter, the massive stone fireplace relieves the chilliest of days. This cabin is a cozy ski getaway or a convenient spring/summer & fall retreat. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
