Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- This property is in a residential neighbourhood. To avoid disturbing our neighbours please respect Quiet Time from 10pm to 8am daily including weekends, and refrain from making loud noise in the garden. The Hot Tub must not be operated during these hours.
- Commercial activities of any kind are not permitted from the property.
- Age restriction for lead guest is 24 years.
- We will take a copy of your Photo ID and a Check-In signature on arrival.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am every day, including weekends.
- We may sometimes require a Security Deposit before check in at our discretion.
