This beautifully appointed upstairs loft farmhouse space, located in a wonderfully convenient downtown Bridgewater location! Perfectly situated right on Main Street, within walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, ice skating, movie theater, and all the wonderful amenities offered in this quaint little town.

This is an entire upstairs apartment that does require going up a flight of steps to get to once inside.
There is an office space below this space so please be mindful of noise during daytime hours.
Please enter and exit from the main front door.
There is plenty of parking for large SUVs or RVs.
We do allow pets ($25/night per pet which we will request separately) but ask that you please pick up after your pet around the rental.
The owners and manager will not interact with you unless you need something. Feel free to reach out to us if you need anything!

This space is conveniently located close to Interstate 81. Bridgewater is a 10-mile drive to Harrisonburg/JMU, 23 miles to Downtown Staunton, 14 miles to Massanutten Resort, and 65 miles to Charlottesville Airport. There are TONS of fun activities to enjoy throughout the area. See below for our favorites or check out our online guidebook once you book. :)
The renovated space is located in the upstairs of a completed remodeled farmhouse. The farmhouse loft space features a large bedroom with two queen beds, a living room, dining room, bathroom and large kitchen with washer/dryer (We can provide an air mattress in the living room for additional sleeping).
The bedroom space features two queen beds with luxurious mattresses and bedding. The bedroom features a large wardrobe and smart TV. The living room features a sofa and love seat, desk, and smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite show or big game! TV includes Netflix, YouTube TV, HULU, and prime TV. High Speed internet available to work remotely.

*Sipe Center--Enjoy plays, shows and movies in a quaint movie space. Located on Main Street in Bridgewater. (2 minutes away)
*Walk to Generations Park --Ice skating in the winter with firepits and restaurant. Summertime the rink turns into outside music venue
*Putt Putt Golf and Sandy Bottom--enjoy putt putt golf or golf range (2 minutes away)
*Enjoy kayaking or fishing in the north river. Just a minute drive from the space.
*Enjoy the local shops and dining on main street Bridgewater. Our favorite is Cracked Pillar, Sugar & Bean and Bridgewater Coffee Company. (Walking distance)
*Take in the beauty with a local glass of Wine. Bluestone Vineyard is a favorite in the area and just a quick drive from our space! They have live music every other Friday night and special events to take in.
The beautiful loft is close to North River where you can enjoy fishing and kayaking. The space is also approx. 30 miles from Shenandoah River. Luray and Endless Caverns are less than an hour away. Massanutten resort is a 14-mile drive. Massanutten resort features skiing/tubing/and water park! The Natural Chimneys is approx. 10-minute drive.
