Little Loon Farm is a quiet, historic Georgian farmhouse located in the middle of Mid-Coast Maine. Built in 1820, every room in the 2000 square-foot house is bright and airy, oozing charm and character; from its original pumpkin pine floors to the thoughtful updates to accommodate modern needs. The house is close to the coast and a short drive to everything mid-coast Maine has to offer. There are beaches, mountains, lighthouses, fishing, lakes, golf, hiking, ATV trails, kayaking, festivals, and an abundance of world-class restaurants. Not to mention skiing, tobogganing, and ice skating in the winter. Plus, you can put your kayak in and paddle out to sea with the St. George River just down the road. The home is a beacon of comfort. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
