This luxurious abode is the perfect fusion of relaxation and entertainment, featuring a brand-new heated in-ground pool with a double waterfall feature and a spacious stone surround ideal for lounging.
For further relaxation, immerse yourself in the six-person hot tub or find tranquility in the two-person sauna in the convenient pool shack, which also hosts a full bathroom and additional storage space.
The outdoor area is an idyllic spot for daytime relaxation, with a gazebo, diverse seating arrangements, and an outdoor sound system. As the sun sets, the ambience transforms, revealing a gas firepit, a wood-burning fireplace, and enchanting outdoor lighting. (Guests must provide their firewood.) A full-size asphalt court is available for pickleball or badminton, and younger visitors can enjoy the play structure with swings and a sandbox. A solar-heated outdoor shower with a foot wash sprout ensures easy beach dirt removal.
Nestled in the peaceful Parkside neighborhood, this property offers proximity to renowned attractions such as Mashpee Commons, South Cape Beach, Loop Beach, and Johns Pond. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the two large gravel driveways, accommodating RVs, camper trailers, or boats.
Stepping inside, you’ll be greeted by beautiful wood floors, abundant natural light, and vaulted ceilings. The open living area, highlighted by a gas fireplace and an impressive wall of windows, fosters a sense of calm. An additional den and a basement equipped with various games, including a foosball table, a 10-player poker table, a full-size Ping-Pong table, a full-size pool table, and a karaoke machine, ensure endless entertainment.
The full kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and generous stone counter space, stands ready for your culinary endeavors. Enjoy the balmy weather with a cookout in the fenced backyard. The home also includes central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi, ideal for Zoom calls, remote work, and media streaming with your own log-ins. A full-house backup generator is available.
Things to Know
The heated pool will be available as of April 12th for the 2024 season. The hot tub is usable year-round.
