***On May 13, 2024, the Association announced a lanai reconstruction project that will start May 2024 and is expected to end October 2024. While this unit’s lanai is NOT being worked on, work on select lanais will start on the Tower 4 pool side and follow around the Tower 4 building. Then work will move to the pool side of Tower 3 and continue around that building. Work will be noisy at times and is limited to 8AM to 5 PM with only limited Saturday work as needed. This is the extent of our knowledge of the project and we will update this notice when/if we get more information; therefore, there is no need to reach out with questions. If you book, no refunds will be given for noise/project related issues.***

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
