This home was just recently built and all 5 suites have modern air-conditioning and private balconies. The bedrooms are finished in a light and fresh decor, with lots of light colours contrasted against the beautiful plank hardwood flooring. The main living area has been designed in loft style, where you can look down into the living room from the second floor.
The living room is also finished with the beautiful plank hardwood floors, and the furniture perfectly matches the villa, as with it’s hardwood, and plush pillows. There are large sliding glass doors the length of the living room, which open to the great terrace with private pool, which makes for a great feeling of outdoor living.
The kitchen is modern, with all amenities you would expect from a new renovation, and the dining room is complete with contemporary furniture, and the bathrooms are the best in modern design. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner.

We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.
Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are welcome with advance approval.
We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.
Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
