This home is a chic stylish apartment with two bedrooms, private parking and a spacious balcony with stunning sea views. Ideally situated within easy walking distance of the beaches, shops, and restaurants, you will have everything you need to make the most of your holiday in Newquay.
Inside, the apartment is spacious and with an open plan kitchen, living and dining area making a great social or family space to relax after your day of adventures. The living area is set-up to be the ultimate entertainment hub, with two comfortable recliner sofas and a 55’’ Smart TV with pre-paid accounts for Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix & Discovery+, all ready to watch with a click of a button. Signing-in is not necessary as accounts are exclusive for guests at this home.
There is also a variety of 4k ultra HD Blu-rays which sit alongside a multi-genre DVD library. There is a Playstation4 with a selection of games and also a Nintendo NES with built-in games for some retro fun.
For music lovers there is a record player with a variety of vinyls, a varied library of books with everything from biographies to cookbooks, and even a couple of board games for some good old-fashioned family fun.
The showstopping feature of the apartment however, is the generously sized balcony with far reaching views across Lusty Glaze – furnished with table and chairs this is a great spot to sit and have your morning coffee (or an afternoon nap) in the sun!
The kitchen and dining area is modern, sleek and very well-equipped, with full oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus all the utensils you’ll need to whip up some sublime holiday cuisine. There is also a separate utility room complete with washing machine and dryer.
Both the bedrooms are light and airy, with plenty of storage space and USB ports on the sockets for convenience. The master has a super-king sized bed, wardrobe, en-suite shower room, and the added benefit of its own balcony looking into an internal communal courtyard. A travel cot is also available upon request, although please bring your own infant bedding.
The second bedroom is a twin with two full size single beds, and built in cupboards. Bedding for both rooms is duck down as standard, however hypoallergenic bedding can be requested if desired. The second bedroom is served by the main family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, basin and WC.
Secure parking is available, with one space in the private under-croft parking area allocated for the apartment. There is a lift from the car park up to the second floor, so moving luggage will be convenient and easy.
Locally, there are a multitude of eateries including restaurants, cafés and bars to choose from, all within easy walking distance. Head to ‘Flounders’ for some great fish and chips, or ‘Morris Pasties’ for some of the best Cornish pasties in town. If Indian food is your favourite then ‘Maharajah’ is not to be missed, and for the best cocktails, visit ‘Cove24’ or ‘Rebellion’.
Surfing lessons are a must in Newquay, with Fistral Beach being world famous for great surf. This home has a partnership with Surf Newquay Ltd on Headland Road, so guests can enjoy 10% discount off wetsuit & board hire as well as off lessons, so get out there and let the fun begin!
For more attractions in the surrounding area, great days out can be had at Newquay Zoo, Blue Reef Aquarium, The Seal Sanctuary, and Camel Creek Adventure Park. Not forgetting The Eden Project, with tropical rainforest biomes, some of the world’s rarest plants, and incredible views across the site via the high zip line!

There is a lift from the car park to the second-floor level.
All rooms are on the same level inside the apartment, with step over patio door sill out onto balcony.
The doorways are all standard widths and bathroom facilities are not adapted.

Children of all ages are welcome, and a travel cot is provided in the apartment.
Pets are welcome, up to a maximum of two well behaved dogs.
