The neighborhood features Honeycutt Park and encourages walking and jogging. Here you will enjoy a home away from home all to yourself in a quiet residential neighborhood. This two-story townhome style house has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, and living room. This historic home now contains 3 apartments, each with committed parking and a private entrance. All of your basic amenities are provided including basic cookware in our fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, basic soaps and detergents, and private laundry. The Smart TV in the living room is already connected to WiFi for your streaming pleasure. Make yourself at home and enjoy our home as much as we do! Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We’ve partnered with Know Your Guest to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.. *The Space* The Terry Sanford Guest House C is a beautiful, private apartment, built into this two-story home. Our apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enter from the rear left door facing the street to find a comfortable living room complete with a smart TV for your streaming pleasure. Cable is not provided, but WiFi is included and reaches all areas of the home. A separate dining room features a table that seats 6. Our kitchen is equipped with full size appliances and stocked with all of your basic cookware and utensils, salt, pepper, and cooking oil, so you may prepare your own meals during your stay. Enjoy our complimentary breakfast bars and Keurig with K cups, creamer and sugars. The first floor includes a bedroom with a king sized bed and a desk for a comfortable and quiet work from home experience and a bathroom down the hall that has a shower. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a king. All bedrooms are equipped with fresh linens. A beautifully decorated bathroom with a tub for ultimate relaxation! Both bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, make-up remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Fresh towels are provided for each guest. This home contains no shared spaces. *Other Things to Note* NO EVENTS, NO PARTIES, NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence WITHOUT refund. For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper products, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of places nearby for you to pick up extra supplies. Please remember you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well. We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don’t forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions! Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation. 1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket. 2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor. 3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies. *Guest Access* The house is part of a three-unit complex so please respect your neighbors with quiet hours from 9 pm to 7 am each day. You have utmost privacy as only one wall is shared! Please park off of the driveway so that others can get around the circle. Your parking designated parking spot is off the driveway next to the neighbor’s red shed. *Getting Around* A car is strongly suggested although ride share programs such as Uber and Lyft are available too! *The Neighborhood* The Terry Sanford Guest house is located right outside the Haymount district with restaurants and bars a short 3 minute Uber ride. We recommend walking to Honeycutt park or just enjoying the outside area with other area joggers up and down Ft. Bragg road and taking the short drive to check out Historic Downtown Fayetteville. The Historic Haymount neighborhood is the gem of Fayetteville. LeClair’s General Store for coffee and gifts. Latitude 35 is a great pub/dinner featuring great brunch and dinner options. Don’t miss the 1897 Poe House or the Airborne and Special Ops Museum while you are here! *Interaction with Guests* This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. In the spirit of social distancing, check-in is self-guided. You will let yourself in with a unique door code provided to you the morning of your arrival. Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away! Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
