Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. This beautiful property sits at the top of a quiet road offering amazing views, 5 comfortable bedrooms, air-conditioning and a wonderful garden with free form heated pool. Villa Aida is a newly renovated property in Vence that offers high standard accommodation and is the ideal holiday home in the South of France. The villa is divided over 2 floors with a large living and open plan kitchen / dining on the ground floor. Large French doors lead from these areas onto the garden and pool area. There is a large kitchen, fully equipped with a spacious back kitchen and pantry. There are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with their own shower room. These rooms are ideal to be shared by one family or the children as they communicate. On the first floor a further 3 double bedrooms can be found, again each with their own bathroom, and 2 have a balcony overlooking the stunning sea views. All bedrooms are equipped with a flatscreen TV. From the main living areas large doors open onto the garden and covered terrace with gaz barbecue where guests will enjoy beautiful al-fresco lunches and dinners. The pool is free from and approximately 9x4 metres (can be heated upon request) The property sits on a large plot of land, accessed through electric gates and offers multiple parking spaces.
