Interior decorators did not leave things to chance: the furniture is mostly in Lombard style, from the ancient inlaid chest of drawers to the table, chairs and crockery of the early twentieth century. Even the bed and bath linens include some hand-embroidered sheets, pillow cases and towels. Guests can easily feel the romantic past come to life in this home. Tivano is a real nest for couples seeking tranquility and beauty. From the spacious terrace and from the large windows of the living room and the double bedroom on the mezzanine, the view on the Lario (the local name of Lake Como) is amazing: it embraces the lakeshore from Como to Cernobbio, from Villa d’Este up to the picturesque villages of Moltrasio and Carate Urio. At times the house seems to be suspended between earth and sky, overlooking the lake. A perk of the house is the veranda: a large common area for the guests of the two "Casette" apartments (Breva and Tivano). The veranda is made of stone, wood and glass, and it opens onto a small courtyard where you can enjoy your meals outside. Furnished with recovered “peasant furniture”, it provides all the warmth of tradition but also all modern appliances (hob and oven, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, iron ...) . Available to guests there are books in various languages, a radio and a turntables with many vinyls of classical and pop music. No television, but free wi-fi to enjoy online content. Parking spaces available upon request in the parking lot near the external lift, that leads directly to the “Casette". Due to the structure of the house, the apartment is not available for children. This apartment does not allow pets.
