Beautiful, elegant and welcoming, the attic of Palazzo del Pero is a truly unique apartment of its kind and it is the perfect choice for a stay in the heart of the historic center of Como.
Recently renovated, the prestigious penthouse is on two levels with exposed beams and period furnishings.
It includes three bedrooms (one ensuite double bedroom, and two bedrooms with twin beds), three bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, available to guests also a study / relaxation area and a small terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city and the mountains.
The living room has wood beam ceilings, comfortable sofas and a crystal dining table in the diner area, period paintings and wooden furnishings.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
